We offer automated die cutting services using our industry standard Bobst 102 machine. Customers can provide their own tooling or if necessary, we can assist with origination. Maximum size is 720 x 1020mm.
With In-Line waste removal and speeds up to 7500 sheets per hour, we are comfortable running both short and long run work. We can run commercial work from under 100gsm through to corrugated and litho laminated E flute sheets. We maintain a strict recycling program for all waste. Our operators are highly experienced and well equipped do intricate work, embossing, debossing, braille etc. All enquiries welcome
For short run work and jobs that exceed the size limits of our automated Bobst we also have a Imperia Super hand platen with a mx size of 1,440 x 900mm. This gives us a great degree of flexibility and unique capacity in an Irish context to deliver work with extreme dimensions
